I attended the 1st Global Convening on Informal & Shared Mobility (October 26–28, 2026). My signature on this form indicates that I grant the event organizers, host organizations, and partners the right to use, publish, and distribute photographs, video, and audio recordings of me taken during the event for promotional, educational, and digital purposes without compensation.

In return: I will receive access to and permission to use the official event photos stored in the private media gallery for my personal and organizational use.
