Attendees book their own accommodation. The official conference hotel is the Pathumwan Princess Hotel, located next to MBK Center and within easy walking distance of both BTS National Stadium station and Chulalongkorn University.

A range of alternatives at different price points is available in the same neighbourhood, from budget options around 1,500 THB/night to four-star hotels at 4,000–5,000 THB/night. All recommended hotels are within 10–20 minutes of the venue by foot, BTS, or MRT.
The most convenient transit option to the venue is MRT Sam Yan Station (Exit 2), which is directly adjacent to the Chulalongkorn University campus. Hotels near BTS National Stadium or BTS Siam are also very well placed.
A full hotel list with contact details, rates, and Google Maps links is included in the GloCon Logistics Note, available to registered delegates.

It depends on your nationality. Thailand operates two main visa-free entry schemes:
Visa Exemption (60 days): Nationals of 93 countries — including Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (ROK), Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, UK, USA, and Vietnam — may enter without a visa for up to 60 days.
Visa on Arrival (15 days): Nationals of 31 countries may apply for a single-entry Visa on Arrival at the airport for 2,000 THB, valid for up to 15 days.
Visa required in advance: If your nationality is not covered by either scheme, you will need to apply at your nearest Thai embassy or consulate before travelling. Allow several weeks for processing.

All non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before arrival. The TDAC is a free online form that replaced the old paper TM6 card and is required regardless of your visa status or mode of entry.
The form can be submitted up to 72 hours before your arrival date here: tdac.immigration.go.th
You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code — save it to your phone or print a copy to present at immigration if requested. Note that the TDAC is valid for a single entry only and must be resubmitted for each trip to Thailand.
